Sessions are £75 for 50 minutes, £112.50 for 75 minutes, and £150 for 100 minutes.

Payment is due 24 hours before the session to reserve the slot.

My counselling services are conveniently situated in Beaconsfield Old Town, and parking is available.

Sessions can be face to face, via Zoom, Facetime or telephone depending on your preference.

Full payment is required when a cancellation notice of fewer than 48 hours is given. This policy ensures that appointment times are respected and helps maintain the availability of time for other clients.

I am a recognised therapist for WPA, AXA, Vitality and Aviva. My services are available through a prior agreement with these providers. Please feel free to give me a call to talk about the necessary arrangements.

Your sessions are confidential, and as a member of the BACP, this means that I abide by their code of conduct and Ethical Framework and will only break confidentiality if: 1) You give me consent, 2) I have to by law, 3) I believe you or someone else is at risk of serious harm. In such cases, I’ll inform and involve you as much as possible.

If the client is a young person below the age of 18, I will contract with the young person verbally during our first session. I will inform them that our sessions are confidential and explain what that means. I will explain that I would only break confidentiality if 1) they asked me to, 2) I am bound by law to, and 3) I am concerned for their safety. I would agree with them whether that would be their parent or GP, and I would confirm that with you.

I am a BACP-accredited member, adhering to their code of conduct and ethics. Additionally, I'm part of the BACP’s Children and Young People’s Division, staying informed on the latest counselling theory and practice developments for young individuals.

I am also a member of the EMDR Association.

I have a certificate issued by the Disclosure and Barring Service confirming I have no criminal convictions.
